Roots winemaker Chris Berg will pair wines with courses prepared by Chef Thomas Ghinazzi of Earth & Sea (Carlton). The dishes are inspired by "The Ernest Hemingway Cookbook," which documents Hemingway's insatiable appetite for life, as well as food and drink. Only 12 seats are available for this very exclusive dinner. From his time in Paris, France; Madrid, Spain; Havana, Cuba; Key West, Florida; Sun Valley, Idaho; and even his hometown of Oak Park, Illinois, Hemingway's life was truly colorful. Feel free to come wearing Hemingway-inspired attire (not required). Join us!
